The FemiLift laser utilizes powerful CO2 technology to kick-start the production of collagen and elastin in your body through the deep thermal heating of the cells in the vaginal area. Your treatment will begin with one of our board-certified technicians inserting a slender probe into the opening of your vagina, where the 360-degree rotation feature of the handpiece will yield them greater accuracy and precision when targeting specific areas of the vaginal walls, thus allowing them to work quickly and efficiently.
How many FemiLift sessions are required?
Many of our patients are happy with the results produced in a singular session however, for maximum longevity and effect we recommend a course of between 3 to 4 treatments. We also advise our patients to undergo a yearly maintenance session to ensure that the tightening benefits of the FemiLift can be experienced for 2-3 years or more.
What to expect after a FemiLift treatment
This non-invasive procedure is accompanied by few side effects. On rare occasions, patients have reported experiencing a watery discharge for up to 48 hours post-treatment. Normal daily activity can be resumed after leaving our clinic, although we recommend that you abstain from engaging in penetrative intercourse for approximately 5 days following your FemiLift treatment.
